Crush is a psychological thriller that centers on a writer named Greyson Michelson who is trying to move forward from her past suicide attempt. When the Suicide Survivors Association reaches out to Greyson to ask her to write a speech about her past struggles, Greyson uses the opportunity to try to move beyond what happened. However, while doing so, she begins to be tormented by her mental illness. As Greyson becomes consumed by her writing, she discovers a new, darker side to her girlfriend and, ultimately, herself.

The theme of the December 2018 LGBT Feedback Film Festival in Los Angeles was “IDENTITY”.

Each film was about people discovering themselves and who they are.

What a great start to the 2019 season. The first of 12 guaranteed events in Los Angeles, held on the first Thursday of every single month at the LA LIVE Regal Cinemas in downtown LA.

I couldn’t ask for a better festival night. I always aim for the perfect festival, but know that’s impossible to accomplish. But tonight was up there with the top 5 festivals we’ve ever had. Reason #1 is the crowd. They were FANTASTIC. 240 attended and I hope 240 left happy and satisfied with the films and with the audience moderation.

Yaman follows a young couple Nitya and Vishal, at the most pivotal juncture of their lives. With a deep spiritual and empirical connection to classical Indian music the narrative disentangles the chronologies of the past and the present of their decade long relationship.
